Description (hair color, eye color, height, etc.): She has honey colored hair, golden electric eyes from her mutation, is 5'6, curvy, tan skin, plump lips, dark and slim eyebrows.

Personality: Circuit is what you would call a cold hearted b*tch. She has no care for others feelings and is selfish and loves herself more than anyone else. She can be a coward at times, but mostly a cunning and sassy villain. She is very . . . open with her body and uses her looks to her advantage. Is a party girl and a bad girl through and through. She is just a stuck up, bad person.
Talents: Persuasion, deceiving people, pulling off heists, getting people to tell her things.
Flaws (at least three): Vain, cowardly, selfish, has no interest in the common good, drama queen.
Arsenal (suit, vehicles, weapons, etc.): A black bodysuit top with a lace deep, deep neckline, bright yellow lipstick, a black choker, and yellow tights with high heeled boots.  

Powers:

• Can turn herself into electric waves, meaning she can turn into waves of electricity and go through people, shocking them. Depending on how bad she shocks them, they could end up dead. Since her age and time getting use to her powers (she's had her powers since she was sixteen), she is pretty skilled with them (Can only kill with her powers one every five posts, but can knock out once every three posts, and minor shock that only involves pain and no injury once every two posts).
  

 

• She can shoot blasts of electricity from her hands (For death, once every seven posts, for blackout/bad injury once every five posts, minor injury/only pain is once every three posts)
  

• She can travel through electric waves, so she travel through electrical sockets, telephone wires, and basically anything that transfers electricity.
  

Abilities:

• Decent at hand-to-hand combat, but no expert.
  

• Immune to electric shocks/lightning.
  

• Some basic acrobatic skills.
  

• Ability to distract an opponent.
  

• Ability to seduce (make people attracted to her (as long as it is sexually preferable)).
  

How they got their powers (born with it, experiment, etc.): Being a mutant, she was born with her powers but they were not activated until she was sixteen when it was thunder storming out and she tried to plug in her phone to charge right when lightning struck the house and she was electrocuted. She woke up a few hours later, completely fine and with a new found powers.

History: Alexandria was raised by a privileged and rich family. She was the school mean girl and her parents pride and joy. That was until they discovered her powers and wanted to send her off to some mental asylum for treatment. Alexandria, always being the drama queen had a tempter tantrum and ended up turning into an arc of electricity that fried her parents brains. Ever since then, she turned to a life of crime to hold herself up and give self a fun life. That fun including casinos, heists, and causing trouble.

I just want to make sure, I always put this limit on love powers- her ability to seduce is only for those attracted to females, right? (like she couldn't seduce a straight girl or gay guy)

Fixed, put that she can only seduce who would be attracted to her gender, ex. lesbian, straight male, bi male/female.
