Light beam: Alex can absorb light then shoot it in a laser like blast.

History: Alex was born with her twin sister in Nashville. They grew up to be pretty normal except the fact that they have been bombarded by scientists trying to find out the secret to their abilities since age 5. Luckily their mom was smart and could get them away. Like their mother they grew up to love music and like singing. They also joined the archery team in 6th grade and they were better than everyone else. They were brought to a camp to take care of kids who had powers once they turned 13 by their mom who decided that they would be better off at camp instead of in public.
