History: Born to Chuck and Jane Norris in Iowa, they lived there uneventfully for 6 years, then moved to New York, when the Company that Chuck worked for moved him there to oversee Operations. His wife, Jane works for an Airline, at the Ticket Counter. Charlotte grew up loved, and spent a lot of time in athletics and painting. She's always a bit of a mess, with her hair and stuff.
